AudioZone.app ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

AudioZone.app is a desktop application that runs locally on your Windows PC. We collect minimal information:

License activation: When you activate a license key, we send the key and a machine identifier (derived from your hostname) to our licensing provider, LemonSqueezy, to validate your purchase. No personal data beyond what you provided at checkout is transmitted.

No telemetry: The app does not collect usage data, crash reports, audio content, or any other information from your device. Everything runs locally.

2. License data storage

Your license key, activation status and trial start date are stored locally in the Windows Registry on your machine only (HKCU\Software\AudioZonePro). This data never leaves your device except for the activation check described above.

3. Third-party services

LemonSqueezy: Payments and license management are handled by LemonSqueezy. When you purchase, their privacy policy applies to the checkout process. You can read it at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

4. Cookies

This website (audiozone.app) does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The only cookies that may be set are those required by our payment provider during checkout.

5. Data retention

We do not store any personal data on our servers beyond what LemonSqueezy retains for your purchase record. You can request deletion of your purchase data by contacting us.
