By downloading, installing or using AudioZone.app ("the software"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License

AudioZone.app is sold as a single-user, perpetual license. Each license authorizes installation and use on one (1) Windows computer. You may not share, resell, sublicense or distribute your license key.

2. Trial period

The software includes a 7-day free trial. No payment or account is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, a license key must be purchased to continue using the software.

3. Permitted use

You may use AudioZone.app for personal or commercial purposes on the licensed device. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works from the software.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with AudioZone.app for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@audiozone.app and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

5. Updates

Your license includes all future updates to the software at no additional cost. We reserve the right to change pricing for new major versions, in which case existing customers will be notified in advance.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

AudioZone.app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the software is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioZone.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email if a valid email address is on file.
